Molinard presenta “La Collection Privée” a Milano

Ieri ho creato la mia prima fragranza. E secondo i nasi esperti delle responsabili della Maison Molinard non era nemmeno malvagia. E’ questo il divertente gioco a cui ci siamo prestate io e le altre invitate all’evento realizzato dalla storica azienda di profumi di Grass presso il Grand Hotel et de Milan. Divise per tavoli a tema (io sono capitata in quello delle essenze fiorite), armate di pipette e magici alambicchi, ciascuna di noi si è divertita a ideare il proprio profumo, scegliendo con cura tra le essenze a disposizione, quelle che ne avrebbero costituito le note di fondo, di cuore e di testa. L’insolito appuntamento è stato anche l’occasione per presentare “La Collection Privée”, la nuova linea di profumi creata per celebrare il 165° anniversario della Maison Molinard. 5 fragranze con un unico filo conduttore: il cuoio. Ciascuna è stata infatti sviluppata e testata unicamente su scampoli di cuoio. Né completamente femminile né maschile, questa gamma di elisir compone una collezione esclusiva, autentica e elegante, che si declina a fior di pelle, sul filo della memoria, in fragranze senza tempo. Cinque profumi per cinque generazioni…come le cinque dita della mano, cinque periodi delle vita, cinque sensi, cinque elementi. Un profumo attraverso le generazioni, una storia di famiglia che inizia nel 1849. Ogni fragranza ha una sua ispirazione, ma tutte e cinque hanno in comune l’eredità e i valori della casa profumiera. Si passa dalle note orientali e legnose di Cher Wood a quelle fresche e marine di Acqua Lotus, per poi giungere alle note floreali e legnose di Rose Émois e a quelle ambrate e golose di Secret Sucré. La mia preferita è però Ambré Lumière: soave e solare, irresistibilmente speziata, le sue note orientali e muschiate sono un ultimo raggio di sole sulla nostra pelle assopita, che la notte avvolge nel suo vortice di mistero.

Yesterday I created my first fragrance. And it was not even bad. This is the funny game I have attended with the other guests during the event created by the historic perfume company Molinard at the Grand Hotel et de Milan. Seated at different tables (I was in the one dedicated to the flowered essences), armed with pipettes and magical stills, each of us has enjoyed creating our own perfume, carefully choosing between the essences available, those that would have constituted the background, heart and head notes. The unusual event was also an opportunity to present “La Collection Privée“, the new line of fragrances created to celebrate the 165th anniversary of the Maison Molinard.
5 fragrances with a common thread: the leather. Each fragrance has in fact been developed and tested solely on scraps of leather. Neither fully male nor female, this range of elixirs composes an exclusive, authentic and stylish collection, which is declined on the skin in timeless fragrances. Five fragrances for five generations … like the five fingers of the hand, five periods of life, the five senses, the five elements. A scent through the generations, a family history that begins in 1849. Each fragrance has its own inspiration, but they all have in common the heritage and values of the Maison Molinard. From the oriental and woody notes of Cher Wood to the fresh and marine ones of Acqua Lotus, and then from the floral and woody fragrance of Rose Emois to the amber and sweet notes of Secret Sucré. My favorite, however, is Ambré Lumière: sweet and sunny, irresistibly spicy, its oriental and musk notes are the last ray of sunlight on our skin, that the night envelops into its vortex of mystery.
