Yesterday was a very special day, my third wedding anniversary. What better time to romantically celebrate spending a few hours at the Park Hyatt Milan? Actually from this month every evening from 18.30 to 20.30, under the great hotel dome, the Champagne Moment takes place. Fell in a magical and timeless atmosphere, on the notes of a concert Erard Harp in 47 strings, you can choose from a new menu a selection of Ruinart champagne and special combinations with caviar, salmon, oysters and foie gras prepared by the chef of the Vun restaurant, Andrea Aprea.
A memorable experience, certainly a luxury. As unique as every single moment is, exceptional as the occasion to celebrate. Something to be enjoied occasionally, deservedly.

Ieri è stata una giornata speciale, il mio terzo anniversario di matrimonio, quale occasione migliore per festeggiare romanticamente trascorrendo qualche ora al Park Hyatt Milano? Da questo mese, infatti, sotto la maestosa Cupola dell’hotel va in scena tutte le sere dalle 18,30 alle 20,30 lo Champagne Moment. Calati in un’atmosfera magica e senza tempo, sulle note di un’Arpa Erard da concerto a 47 corde, è possibile scegliere da una nuova carta una selezione di champagne Ruinart, e degli abbinamenti speciali a base di caviale, salmone, ostriche e fois gras preparati dallo chef del Vun, Andrea Aprea.
Un’esperienza memorabile, certamente un lusso. Unico come ogni singolo momento, eccezionale come l’occasione da celebrare. Da concedersi ogni tanto, meritatamente.
